<正>卵巢早衰(premature ovarian failure,POF)是指女性在40岁以前发生的自然绝经。一般认为人群POF发生率为1%～3%,闭经患者中2%～10%为卵巢早衰〔1〕。POF发病年龄取决于卵巢中原始卵泡的储备及出生后卵泡闭锁的速度。卵泡储备少及闭锁速
