摘要
<正>随着经济发展、生活方式以及环境的改变,肥胖人群日益庞大。世界卫生组织预计到2030年全球超重人口将突破21.6亿[1]。肥胖是由多种因素引起的机体能量代谢紊乱,会增加2型糖尿病、心血管疾病、脑卒中以及某些癌症的发病率和死亡率,故肥胖被认为是全球最大、增长最快的公共卫生问题。而胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)是肥胖发展成2型糖尿病的关键病理基础,表现为脂肪组织、肝脏和骨骼肌等胰岛素靶器官对正常剂量的胰岛素敏感性不足
