我国发达地区“锈带”分布及其演化

摘要：

"铁锈地带"是发达国家工业化过程中普遍存在的现象。以我国四大城市群为研究对象,基于"锈带"概念及典型特征,从经济、产业、科技、环境、社会5个维度构建"锈带"指标体系,测算2003—2016年我国发达地区城市"锈带"指数,识别"锈带"时空分布及动态演变特征。结果表明:我国发达地区72. 5%的城市呈现出较严重的"锈带"问题;东北地区城市群"锈带"程度最高,京津冀地区、长三角城市群次之,珠三角城市群最低;15.2%的城市处于"锈带"危机之中,34.7%的城市未实现"锈带"危机的突破。
