摘要：

在科技创新驱动经济社会发展的大趋势下,融合式研究成为以解决重大经济社会问题为目标的科研创新新范式。基于文献调研和中科院试点评估实践,本文对这种新范式的特点进行了分析,研究提出了融合式研究的评估逻辑模型,并在此基础上构建了包含4个关键方面的融合式研究评估框架:解决问题的效果评估、学科发展的融合程度评估、创新活动的融合程度评估、权益相关方的融合程度评估。对此4项关键内容,本文提出了一些评估的具体思路和方法,为进一步探索融合式研究的评估理论和实践提供了重要的研究基础。
