摘要：

目的　观察阿托伐他汀esh and multilayer amniotic membrane transplantation(AMT)in corneal ulceration.Methods\ 2 eyes of herpes simplex Keratitis,2 eyes of bacterial corneal ulceration and 5 eyes of corneal perforation were treated with AMT.Results\ The infection and inflammation were controlled in 3～12 days after surgery,corneal ulceration die out and corneal leucoma remained in 5 eyes with corneal perforation,Conclusions\ Fresh and Multilayer amniotic membrane transplantation is a valuable meth
