摘要：
This paper proposes a new concept and method of analysis and optimization instead ofthose in the past. This method considers the working condition in fully operating regions.The general efficiency in fully operating regions is regarded as objective function and evaluation criterion in the simulation analysis and parameters' optimization for the gas and steamcombined cycle system. The calculation is on the basis of the design and off-design perfor-mance of the components and combine the working condition analysis and optimization. Wecan get the more reasonable optimal parameters.
