综合治疗对中低位直肠癌功能保护的意义

摘要：

<正>结直肠癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,居恶性肿瘤发病率的第3位[1]。西方化生活方式和饮食习惯使中国结直肠癌的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,且40岁以下年轻人占30%以上[2,3],因此,在中国关注结直肠癌、尤其低位直肠癌的治疗状况非常有意义。尽管手术切除仍是直肠癌最重要的治疗手段,但淋巴结阳性和肿瘤侵犯浆膜者很容易发生肝、肺等远处转移,
