探讨趋化因子5白细胞介素-8及一氧化氮在骨关节炎发病中的相关性研究

摘要：

目的探讨趋化因子5(CCL5)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)与一氧化氮(NO)在骨关节炎(OA)发病中的相关性,以了解CCL5在OA发生发展中的生物学作用。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测CCL5、IL-8及硝酸还原法测定NO在关节滑液中的含量,分析CCL5与IL-8、NO在膝骨关节炎关节滑液中的相关性,研究对象包括膝关节炎(KOA)患者56例,健康者25例。结果实验组与健康对照组CCL5、IL-8和NO 3个指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),KOA患者中CCL5、IL-8和NO 3个指标的表达和健康者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CCL5、IL-8和NO含量进行Spearman相关分析,相关系数r分别为0.912、0.885(P<0.01),均呈正相关。结论 CCL5可能是炎性因子IL-8和NO的趋化因子,其可促进KOA的局部非感染性炎性形成。
