开放式创新对企业创新绩效影响研究——内部R&D与环境波动的调节作用

摘要：

基于Chesbrough's的开放式创新模式,从内部R&D与环境波动视角分析开放式创新对企业绩效的影响机理,并进行实证研究。研究结果表明,与外部技术开发相比,外部技术获取正向影响了企业绩效;外部技术获取加强了外部技术开发与企业绩效之间的联系。在较高内部R&D投资及环境波动条件下,外部技术获取与外部技术开发均和企业绩效正向相关。技术波动正向影响外部技术获取和企业绩效之间的联系,但对外部技术开发和企业绩效之间的关系影响不明显。
