摘要：

认知地图具有可以表达隐性知识,同时也能提供决策支持等特点,其分析方法显得尤其重要,文章从定性和定量两个角度来探讨认知地图分析方法。给出一个认知地图实例,并对其进行分析,希望为分析个人或组织认知地图提供参考方法和建议。
