线粒体DNA遗传特性的研究新进展

摘要
结合传统的线粒体DNA遗传特性理论与该领域的最新研究成果 ,从mtDNA的结构、组织特异性、母系遗传、进化速率及其与核基因组的相互关系等方面做了简要综述。同时 ,对今后的研究工作提出了一些建议。
