5-HTTLPR多态性与腹泻型肠易激综合征相关性Meta分析

摘要
目的探讨5-HT转运蛋白基因启动子区域(5-HTTLPR)多态性与腹泻型肠易激综合征(D-IBS)相关性。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Web of science、CBM、CNKI和万方等数据库,查找5-HTTLPR多态性与D-IBS发病风险相关性的病例对照研究,检索时限均从建库至2013年9月。按照纳入标准筛选文献、提取资料后,采用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入14个研究,包括1 044例患者及2 147例对照者。Meta分析结果显示:在白种人群中,5-HTTLPR与D-IBS发病存在相关性,携带LL基因型人群发生D-IBS风险较高[LL vs LS:OR=1.46,95%CI(1.15~1.86);LL vs LS+SS:OR=1.26,95%CI(1.01~1.57)],而在亚洲人群中,5-HTTLPR与D-IBS发病无相关性。结论基于本研究结果,5-HTTLPR多态性与D-IBS的易感性有人种差异,在白种人中,LL基因型携带者患D-IBS风险增高,但上诉结论仍需开展更多高质量、大样本的临床试验以进一步验证。
