摘要：

比较经脐单孔和传统三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术。将36例胆囊切除术患者随机分为单孔组和三孔组,观察两组手术时间、术中失血量、术后排气时间、术后进食时间、住院时间、术中、术后并发症发生等指标。经脐单孔腹腔镜手术具有术后疼痛轻、恢复快、住院时间短、更加微创及几无瘢痕等优势,但手术难度明显增高,手术时间明显延长,建议术前经过严格的筛选,以保证手术的安全性。
