摘要：

<正>老年综合评估是指采用多学科方法评估老年人的躯体情况、功能状态、心理健康和社会环境状况等,并据此制订以维持及改善老年人健康和功能状态为目的的治疗计划,最大程度地提高老年人的生活质量。老年综合评估是现代老年医学的核心技术之一,是筛查老年综合征的有效手段。鉴于我国老年医学从业人员对老年综合评估认识的普遍不足,缺少可供参考的操作规范或注意事项,故根据国际规范结合我国国情编写本共识,以期为开展老年综合评估工作提供指导意见。
