摘要：

目的:观察夜交藤对自由活动大鼠睡眠时相的影响。方法:按20g/kg(生药量)的剂量,经灌胃途径给予大鼠,连续给药7天后描记大鼠皮质脑电。结果:夜交藤水煎液能延长自由活动大鼠总的睡眠时间(P<0.01),在睡眠时相上主要表现为延长SW S1和SW S2,对REMS没有明显的影响。结论:夜交藤水煎剂对正常大鼠睡眠周期有一定的影响,具有改善睡眠的作用。
