基于复杂网络的企业员工关系网络演化分析

摘要
提出了企业生长模型,将其仿真结果与员工关系网络的经验数据进行比较,以拟合现实企业员工的关系网络;在验证模型有效性的基础上,探索了组织沟通模式对企业员工关系网络结构的影响,并对企业员工关系网络的演化过程进行分析.结果表明,企业鼓励员工跨部门沟通、团队内部沟通的意愿程度将影响企业员工的关系网络结构.因此,企业应善于发现并打破企业内部的沟通障碍,鼓励员工团队内部和跨团队的沟通与合作,应充分利用自身资源与企业的社会资本,为员工提供跨团队和团队内部的各种正式和非正式沟通机会,从而使得员工的个人社会资本能够高效地转化为团队乃至企业的社会资本.
