摘要：

焦虑/抑郁状态在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中普遍存在,可导致患者的生命质量降低,增加疾病的死亡率,引起日益关注。本文就慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并焦虑/抑郁状态的流行病学特点、发病机制以及诊断治疗进展等进行综述。
