摘要：

本文综述了薰蒸法测定土壤微生物量的研究进展,着重论述了薰蒸提取法测定土壤微生钧量C、N、P、S的测定条件和影响因素。薰蒸提取法较薰蒸培养法、直接镜检法、SIR法、ATP法等测试方法简便、测定周期短、适用于大量样品的测定,且适用于不同土壤类型。土壤微生物量测定方法的不断改进,对土壤中C、N、P、S养分的转化和循环的研究具有重要的意义。
