美国政府直接支付对农业生产和出口的影响

摘要：

本文基于美国1960—2008年的统计数据,利用多元回归方程模型估计了美国政府直接支付对农业生产和出口的影响。主要结论是,政府直接支付对农业生产和出口产生一定的直接和间接影响,从总体上看当期的影响是负的,而滞后一期的影响是正的,由于农业生产的脆弱性,政府直接支付将长期存在;生产者/价格支持直接支付的影响与总体影响相同,农民对该类直接支付形成合理预期很重要;保护直接支付当期和前期的影响皆为正,增加该类直接支付有利于农业持续发展,并且争议更少。
