摘要：

随着定量分析研究的增多,学者们对数字数据的需求越来越普遍。在商业数据增值服务的同时,图书馆也日渐把数据服务作为参考咨询的重要内容。文章从数据服务的概念出发,阐述了数字数据产品来源及获取途径,分析了数据服务内容层次及知识技能要求,最后,提出图书馆在开展数据服务时需注意的事项。
