内皮抑素和血管内皮生长因子在喉鳞癌和声带息肉中的表达及意义

摘要：

目的　探讨内皮抑素和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF )在喉癌和声带息肉中的表达及意义。方法　用免疫组化法检测 4 8例喉癌和 2 0例声带息肉患者手术切除标本内皮抑素和VEGF的表达。结果　①喉癌组织中内皮抑素的高表达率和VEGF的阳性表达率分别为 6 2 .5 %和 6 8.8%。内皮抑素和VEGF呈正相关 (P =0 .0 0 5 ) ,在有颈淋巴结转移的喉癌标本中内皮抑素高表达率和VEGF阳性表达率明显高于非转移组 (P =0 .0 12 ) ;②声带息肉中VEGF无表达 ,内皮抑素表达低于喉癌组织 ,二者无相关性。结论　内皮抑素和VEGF的表达可作为预测喉癌患者的预后因素
