<正>随着人口老龄化进程的加剧,脑卒中发病率逐年上升,已成为前3位的致死病因,也是单病种致残率最高的疾病[1]。与其他卒中后并发症相比较,目前临床医师对于卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression)尚未引起足够的重视。卒中后抑郁是指"卒中后出现不同程度抑郁状态且症状持续2周以上",其主要临床表现包括情绪低落、思维迟滞、兴趣
