摘要
:
购物代理的应用改变了电子市场的动态竞争环境,影响着相关参与者的策略性行为选择。本文探讨了在基于购物代理的电子市场环境下,消费者、零售商与电子市场提供商如何实施其策略性行为。分析表明:即便有了购物代理的帮助,消费者也并未完全将价格作为购物选择的唯一决策因素,消费者的搜寻异质和个人偏好决定了价格、品牌及服务质量等,这些因素是其购物选择决策的重要变量;零售商可实施价格歧视和产品差异化策略来应对购物代理带来的价格压力;保持差异化和独特的产品信息显示界面是电子市场提供商维持其可持续竞争优势的关键策略。
