摘要：

人肺移植已成为治疗各种晚期肺病肺功衰的有效手段。随着供肺处理、保存、手术技术、免疫抑制治疗、感染的防治、以及对排异监视水平的不断提高,肺移植术后患者的存活率不断增加,死亡率及药物的使用不断减少,气道并发症已大大减少。这些进展拓宽了肺移植术的适应证,同时也使供肺缺乏成为突出问题,长期存活者中闭塞性细支气管炎的发病率为20％～50％,成为移植术后1年内死亡的主要原因,也是限制肺移植长期成功的主要障碍。
