摘要：

经皮冠状动脉内介入治疗(PCI)已成为目前治疗冠心病的一项重要措施,但术后冠状动脉再闭塞是影响其疗效的主要因素。本文旨在探讨PCI对血液流变学各项指标的影响及其机制,从而证明PCI术后出现的冠状动脉再闭塞与血液流变学因素有关。
