<正>药物性肝损伤(drug-induced liver injury,DILI)是指在治疗过程中由于药物的毒性损害或过敏反应所致的肝脏疾病,也称为药物性肝炎。肝脏是药物代谢、转化的主要脏器,也是机体代谢、免疫的重要器官,与药物关系密切。药物肝毒性的表现可从无症状、轻微、非特异性的生化改变到急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、急性肝衰、胆汁淤积,甚至肝硬化、肝脏肿瘤。目前,DILI已成为国内外常见且较严重的药源性疾病,并
