摘要
通过文献回顾发现,(1)企业社会责任是声誉评价体系的重要内容;(2)企业通过履行社会责任来提升其声誉,进而获取竞争优势;(3)企业社会责任对企业声誉的影响因利益相关者不同期望、社会责任多样性以及行业差异而有所不同。在此基础上,提出二者关系的概念模型并指出未来的研究方向。
