摘要
<正>目前发现细胞凋亡的死亡受体配体通路包括:fas-fasL、TNF-α-TNFR、TRAIL-DR4/DR5及APO-3L-DR3等。肿瘤坏死因子相关性凋亡诱导配体(tumour necrosis factor related apoptosis inducing ligand,TRAIL)因为早年发现其对正常细胞的无毒性而引起了人们的广泛关注,而其可溶性受体骨保护素(osteoprotegerin,OPG)可能是与动脉粥样硬化有关的一种保护性因子。脑卒中的发病过程有神经元凋亡参与,而与其病理基础相关的动脉粥样硬化可能与OPG关系密切,本文就TRAIL、OPG与脑卒中有关的研究进展加以综述。
