<正>短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attacks,TIA)是指缺血引起的短暂性脑局灶功能或视网膜功能缺损,为常见的缺血性脑血管病之一。传统定义的TIA所致的神经症状和体征应在24 h内完全消失,但随着临床脑血管病的研究进展,尤其是缺血性卒中起病早期溶栓治疗的应用,国内外有关TIA的时限和处理方面的争议日益增多,值得神经脑血管科医师高度重视。
