ICP-MS法测定英德红茶中的45种元素

摘要
采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定英德红茶中的45种元素,试验结果表明,45种元素的线性关系良好,相关系数在0.999 5以上,各元素的检出限为0.000 1~20.090 0μg/L,加标回收率为82.58%119.19%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.20%7.03%,除Sb外,其他元素精密度RSD为0.15%9.14%,采用茶叶标准样品(GBW10083)对该方法进行验证,除Cd略低于标准值外,其他元素的测定值均在标准值范围之内。该方法在线性相关性、检出限、精密度、准确度和加标回收率方面均满足实际样品测定要求,具有快速简便、准确可靠等优点。
