摘要：

用果胶酶与纤维素酶的混合液离解泡桐和芝麻的固定胚珠,从中分离出由大孢子母细胞至成熟胚囊的各期样品。借助干涉差或相差显微装置,观察了大孢子发生与雌配子体发育的全部过程,并就这一方法的应用价值与技术方面的问题进行了讨论。
