可手术的乳腺癌术前化疗的近期临床观察

81例可手术的乳腺癌术前用CMF方案短程密集化疗的总有效率为59%,完全缓解(CR)7例(8.6%),部分缓解(PR)41例(50.6%),稳定(S)33例(40.7%),其中2例手术切除标本原发灶区连续切片未见有癌细胞,体积小、大体形状规则、病程短的肿瘤化疗效果好。癌的组织学类型、瘤块的硬度、病人绝经与否、肿瘤的雌激素受体(ER)情况与化疗效果无明显关系。化疗中未见明显毒性反应和副作用,且不影响手术切口愈合,表明术前化疗安全可行。此外,镜下观察乳腺癌块对化疗的反应,为化疗药物体内药敏试验提供了一种可靠方法。
