摘要：

目的:观察分析瘢痕疙瘩术后24h内即时放疗的疗效及毒副反应。方法:我们对2009年11月2012年11月收治的83例瘢痕疙瘩患者均行手术切除联合24h内放射治疗,采用6Mev电子线进行照射,连续5d为1个疗程,单次剂量3Gy,总剂量为15Gy。通过临床观察和定期随访,记录疗效及放疗毒副反应。结果:83例瘢痕疙瘩患者共97处皮损,术后24h内即时放疗总治愈率为88.7%,有效率94.8%,耳部病灶相比于身体其他部位病灶治愈率显著升高（97.3%vs 83.3%,P<0.05）,有效率也有所升高（100%vs 91.7%,P>0.05）。全组病例无严重毒副反应发生。结论:瘢痕疙瘩手术加术后24h内即时放疗安全有效。
