摘要
冠心病是我国最常见的心脏病,随着现代诊疗手段和医疗技术的高度发展,患者的生命和生活质量得到了有效地保障,近年来医学界不断地在探索最符合自然生理过程、对患者损伤最小、经济负担最少、风险最低、实施最简便的干预治疗。运动不仅能减少冠心病发病率和病死率,降低劳动能力丧失的程度,在冠心病危险因素控制方面也发挥着重要作用。现将运动对冠心病影响的研究进展作一综述。
