<正>糖尿病下肢血管病变以下肢动脉血管的狭窄或闭塞为主,表现为患肢麻木、疼痛、间歇性跛行,严重的出现坏疽,是非创伤性截肢的主要原因[1-2],其病理基础是糖尿病的糖类及脂类代谢异常所导致的血管内皮损伤、中小动脉硬化、管腔狭窄、局部缺血、缺氧、坏死以及高凝状态所致的微循环灌注障碍。治疗方法主要有:①药物治疗;②系统性高压氧治疗;
