草莓叶片和叶柄再生体系的建立

摘要
以红丰和宝交早生品种的组培苗为试材,初步建立了叶圆盘和叶柄片段植株再生体系。红丰的芽苗再生能力高于宝交早生,叶圆盘的再生频率高于叶柄片段,叶圆盘下表面(背面)接触培养基比上表面(正面)更有利于再生。AgNO3有利于芽苗再生,在接种叶圆盘前加入主要刺激芽苗的直接再生,而在愈伤组织形成后加入则主要提高再生频率。再生芽苗在三角瓶中容易生根,移苗入土后生长正常。
