摘要：

联盟是图书馆最大限度实现信息共享的有效模式与组织形式。文章主要从组织形式、服务内容、管理机制、保障机制等几个方面介绍亚洲地区11个主要图书馆联盟的发展情况,但发展中仍存在联盟形式单一、联盟开放程度有区别、缺乏统一的标准等不足,应通过社会效益建设、开展开放存取、运行理事会管理模式、重视数字资源可获得性、利用国际图书馆联盟等措施来促进亚洲地区图书馆联盟的发展。
