摘要
近年来西方学界对于就业能力(employability)问题研究取得了丰硕的成果,也日益受到国内理论界和实务界的广泛关注。本文基于国外就业能力理论的研究演进,对其构成基本内涵和分析框架进行比较剖析,并重点考察了西方就业能力理论最新研究进展,最后得出对我国相关研究的启示。
