摘要：

作为组织、经济、管理中的重要概念,路径依赖至今仍没有得到明确统一的界定。鉴于路径依赖的复杂性和多样性,为推进有关研究的进展,适时地对有关路径依赖的研究做一梳理是非常必要的,也有助于推动对路径依赖的应用研究及更进一步的理论拓展。本文对大量文献进行了梳理,对有关路径依赖的研究进行了剖析,比较了路径依赖的不同定义,并指出在当前路径依赖研究中存在的问题及进一步可能的应用研究。
