Beclin1基因是近年来许多学者研究的热点。笔者就自噬在癌症中的作用及其调节机制,Beclin1在乳腺癌中的缺失或下调机制、自噬与乳腺癌的关系、利用自噬治疗乳腺癌的策略等方面进行综述。
