日粮蛋白质水平对不同品种山羊氮平衡和生产性能影响

摘要
两种蛋白质水平日粮(分别为9%和16%)对16只山羊(8只绒山羊和8只安哥拉山羊)进行6周饲养试验和氮平衡试验。结果表明,干物质采食量和营养物质消化率两品种山羊相似,氮的存留及血液生化指标两品种间也无显著差异。山羊采食16%蛋白质水平日粮,干物质采食量和体重增长显著高于采食9%蛋白质水平日粮,氮的存留也显著增加(P<0.01);血液中生化指标除尿氮显著增加(P<0.01),T3和T4含量减少(P<0.01和P<0.05)外,其他生化指标不同蛋白质水平日粮无显著差异。采食16%蛋白质水平日粮,安哥拉山羊马海毛纤维产量提高31.1%(P<0.05)。随毛纤维产量增加,毛纤维长度和细度发生变化(P<0.05);绒山羊毛纤维总重、绒毛长度和细度不受日粮蛋白质水平影响,山羊绒生长不同于马海毛。
