摘要
<正>脊柱畸形的形成是在脊柱胸、腰段矢状面和冠状面发生的复杂动态进展过程。近年来椎弓根螺钉内固定技术成为脊柱后路内固定手术的常规术式,但复杂脊柱畸形常常伴有脊柱侧凸、后凸和椎体旋转、楔变等畸形,对这类患者进行手术治疗时,胸椎椎弓根螺钉置钉的难度和风险都会增加[1-2]。因此,术前掌握畸形的具体病变情况,提前做好手术计划和准备非常重要。人体器官仿真成型技术也称为人体器官快速原型技术(RP),可在较短的时间内快速制造出和患者脊柱畸形尺寸完全一致的实物模型.并且通过三维辅助设计
