我国的天生国际化企业特征与驱动力探寻——基于对江浙地区的四家中小型企业的跨案例比较研究

摘要
本文运用多案例研究的方法,选取来自温州、杭州、苏州4家中小型制造业与服务业企业为研究对象,进行跨案例比较分析,在文献的基础上提出‘企业特征2*2矩阵概念框架’,据此探明了其中两家天生国际化企业在出口速度、出口强度、所处行业3个维度上区别于传统国际化企业的显著特征。揭示了天生国际化企业形成的重要影响驱动因素。
