摘要：

组织学习是国际合资企业(IJV)重要的理论基础,而IJV在本质上是一种典型的合作双方的互动关系。因此,从合作伙伴间互动观点来看,合作双方为提高IJV组织学习的绩效,必须要建立良好的关系资本并有效地利用这一关系资本。通过建立在合作伙伴间关系资本的基础上设计适当的学习机制,构建了IJV组织学习的理论框架模型。
