摘要
稳定碳同位素组成(δ13C值)在植物体内的分布特征能够反映植物—土壤—空气整个系统中养分循环、生理代谢、气候环境等多方面信息,既可作为评估植物生理机能的重要指标,也可用于研究植物生理与生态环境之间的关系。温度、湿度等环境因素通过影响植物叶片气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度,使δ13C值发生变化,C3植物叶片δ13C值与植物水分利用效率(WUE)之间存在明显的正相关关系,可作为衡量WUE高低的指标。本文综述了C3植物δ13C值对温度、湿度的响应及其在水分利用研究中的研究进展。
