摘要：

苍术为我国常用中药,具有燥湿健脾,祛风散寒,明目等功效。近年来,由于其生存环境遭到破坏,过渡开垦,其野生资源日益枯竭,已处于濒危状态,因此受到广泛关注。文章就对目前苍术的繁育技术、栽培管理、内生真菌、基因、药理等方面的国内外研究进展作简要综述,以期为苍术的后期研究提供依据。
