摘要：

<正>随着社会老龄化加剧,脑卒中严重威胁着老年人的健康。根据2019年《全球疾病负担研究》和《中国脑卒中防治报告》显示,我国脑卒中负担呈爆发式增长趋势,防治工作面临巨大挑战。跌倒是脑卒中最常见的并发症之一,在脑卒中后急性期,14%～65%的患者经历过跌倒,在出院后的6个月内该比例上升至73%[1]。脑卒中后跌倒会导致老年人恐惧行走[2]、骨折[3]、住院时间延长[4]、残疾、死亡等,严重影响老年人脑卒中后的生活独立性和生活质量,给社会和家庭带来了沉重的医疗负担。
