摘要：

Based on the Database of Scientific & Technical Papers and Citations of China,and through sample data from multi subject,the authors studied quite a few issues in relation to co authors of scientific & technical papers in China.They further derived the Lotka's law of scientific & technical papers in China including all the co authors.
