摘要
<正>骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折多见于老年人,常致患者腰背疼痛、活动受限,并可呈进行性加重,出现畸形,严重影响患者的生活质量[1]。保守治疗需要长时间卧床,效果差、时间长、并发症多,而且易导致骨质进一步脱钙疏松,形成恶性循环[2]。在影像设备辅助下经皮向病椎注入填充物是有效的方法[3]。我院
