摘要：

标准化与兼容理论是产业组织理论新兴的研究领域。标准是为避免无序状态,减少不确定性及交易费用,就如何解决重复出现问题而达成的共识;而兼容意味着不同的产品有更多的可接入性与可互换性。标准化与兼容理论的研究主要围绕着下面五个方面展开:企业竞争策略、技术创新、市场结构、市场效率与治理方式。回顾标准化与兼容理论的发展历程,我们发现争议贯穿着始终。我们要以新眼光来看待新经济现象,制定新政策。
